How long does it take for my order to ship?

Due to high demand and to be able to offer you the best deals, we work with manufacturers from all over the world. Due to the current global situation, we are also struggling with delivery bottlenecks, which is currently increasing the delivery time slightly.

Therefore your delivery can take up to fifteen working days .

Shipping of your order is free of charge for you.

Can I change anything later after placing my order?

To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed immediately by the system. Unfortunately, this means that it is no longer possible to make subsequent changes to your order.

If you have incorrectly given us an incorrect delivery address, we ask you to inform you immediately via email no later than 6 hours after ordering.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

You will usually receive the order confirmation within 10 minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation in your inbox after this time, the confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder.

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible by our support team. The processing process is not accelerated by contacting us multiple times.

Why did I only receive 1 product?

Since we source the best products from different manufacturers, it may happen that your order is split into several shipments.

Due to the current delivery bottlenecks, it may happen that the same products are split into different shipments in order to be able to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible.

I received a reminder even though I never saw an invoice, what can I do?

Please check your spam folder or the email address you provided when ordering. After the payment deadline for the individual invoice via email has expired, you will automatically receive a payment request by email to the email address you provided.

The second reminder will be sent automatically in paper form to the address you provided. Please also check your mail.

How do I return a product?

Returns of defective goods must be agreed with us in advance via email ( you.goods.essentials@gmail.com ). The buyer bears the costs for any returns.
